Hyatt Place Pasadena Now Serves Vegan Wings and Pizza
The vegan dishes are available to order at the hotel restaurant and for room service.
Traveling as a vegan can be tricky. Most airlines and hotels have barely any vegan options which can be frustrating. That’s why we’re happy to share with you that Hyatt Place Pasadena now serves vegan wings and pizza!
Vegan Menu Items at Hyatt Place Pasadena
The new vegan menu items at Hyatt Place Pasadena include Vegan Buffalo Wings and Vegan Honee BBQ wings with carrots and celery from Clean South and Vegan Cheese, Pepperoni, and Sausage Pizzas from The Pizza Plant. Both the vegan wings and pizza can be ordered at the hotel restaurant and for room service. Yes, you read that right—VEGAN ROOM SERVICE!
“We love exploring new places together, but there’s rarely any satisfying vegan options on room service menus. We’re excited to give travelers the chance to enjoy cruelty-free wings and pizza from the comfort and convenience of their big hotel beds,” shared Clean South cofounders Daniel Weisberg and Jessica Parker.
Clean South Vegan Wings
You may remember Clean South from their days operating as a vegan pop-up but they’ve since transitioned to a national food brand specializing in the first grab-and-go vegan wings on the market. Their Vegan Honee BBQ and Buffalo Wings are made from scratch using non-GMO vegan ingredients. Over the years, Clean South has introduced their products to select grocery stores and markets across the country in addition to their e-commerce platform.
The Pizza Plant operates in the same manner, just with vegan pizza. Their current retail offerings include a Salsiccia Italiano and Everything But The Hog Frozen Pizza.
Vegan Options at Hotels
Although Hyatt is a large international hotel chain, the new vegan dishes are only available at the Pasadena location (399 E Green St, Pasadena, CA 91101). This menu launch is an important test for Clean South and The Pizza Plant to prove there is a demand for vegan options at hotels. Based on how the dishes perform, we might see them roll out at more and more locations in the near future.
