DeAndre Jordan Now Has a Vegan Cooking Show
Seasoned NBA player, DeAndre Jordan is back again with a new business venture. This time, he explores the realm of vegan cooking while demonstrating some tricks and tips he’s picked up from the pros.
DeAndre Jordan is a world-class athlete with a fiery passion for veganism. After adopting a plant-based lifestyle in 2018, Jordan recently turned to the screen to communicate his love for wellness and sustainability to the masses in his hit show, Cooking Clean with DeAndre Jordan on PlayersTV.
Cooking Clean Featuring DeAndre Jordan
Cooking Clean, featuring DeAndre Jordan, highlights the NBA veteran cooking delicious recipes alongside a professional chef—providing viewers insight into how to best prepare vegan dishes and discussing the nutritional benefits of those dishes. Partnering with brands like JUST and Beyond Meat, the show also features tips on getting the most out of these plant-based products and ways to incorporate them into your lifestyle.
Celebrity Vegan Chefs Co-host with DeAndre Jordan
The first series of Cooking Clean episodes premiered on May 30th this year. In the show, celebrity vegan chefs—such as MasterChef’s Shelly Flash, Hell’s Kitchen’s Guy Vaknin, and TikTok’s Joanne Malinaro—co-host with DeAndre Jordan. On screen, guest chefs show Jordan how to prepare gourmet restaurant-quality vegan dishes—from kimchi fried rice to a savory JUST egg omelet—at home.
DeAndre Jordan’s Mindful Life
The show, part of Jordan’s mission to make veganism more accessible, is an extension of DeAndre Jordan’s Mindful Life brand. Future plans include the release of an interactive online cookbook following the series that allows viewers to recreate the tasty recipes at home!
DeAndre Jordan’s Philanthropic Projects
In addition to Cooking Clean, DeAndre Jordan’s philanthropic projects include the Treehouse Giving Foundation, which supports and mentors single-parent families, and his Plant with DeAndre initiative, which aims to plant as many trees as possible to combat climate change. Jordan’s support of the plant-based movement also includes financial backing in companies like Beyond Meat, Uncharted Power, and Arvin Goods. We’re excited to see what this NBA player has planned next.
You can watch the eight-part limited series on demand through the PlayersTV network, available on Samsung TV+, XUMO, Sling, Roku, Vizio, and more. Can’t get enough of Cooking Clean?
