San Diego’s biggest monthly vegan food festival will be held on Saturday, February 19 from 12-4pm.

Sabor Piri Piri is a vegan-friendly pop-up and catering service offering Mozambique-inspired cuisine. Owner Candido Gadaga offers plenty of vegan options, including black-eyed peas and kale, plant-based peanut curry made with vegan chicken, and sweet & spicy vegan chicken wings.

The vegan nacho cheese is made with just 11 ingredients and is available by the jar in two flavors: Original Notcho Cheez and Spicy Fiesta Queso. Grab a jar to take home and snack on MylkDog’s Trash Can Nachos while you walk around the festival.

Cayla is an event planner, copywriter, catering manager, and vegan foodie.
