Grass VBQ specializes in sandwiches and mock meats that are made in-house, such as the smoked hot link sandwich (house-made smoked sau’sage, Cincinnati chili, beer cheeze, and caramelized onion) and the Nashville Hot Chick’n (house-made seitan chick’n drenched in a sweet, smoky, and spicy Nashville Hot Sauce, topped with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and dijon aioli).
