Experience beLoved, a 4-Day Women’s Wellness Retreat in Sedona, Arizona
The retreat will focus on reconnecting to nature and community through hiking, yoga, and more!
This December, beLeaf Retreat is hosting beLoved Sedona, a Women’s Wellness Adventure in Sedona, Arizona. Co-facilitated by our founder, Maggie Ortlieb, beLoved is a 3-night, 4-day retreat experience that was developed with the conscious and adventurous woman in mind. Those who attend the retreat will have the opportunity to focus on cultivating self-love, as well as expanding awareness, compassion, and gratitude.
“Our women’s wellness retreat program was specifically designed to help reconnect to ourselves, each other, and nature after a difficult past year and a half,” Amanda Cey DeMonaco, founder and CEO of beLeaf Retreat, told VegOut.
Each retreat in beLeaf’s wellness series has its own theme. The focus of beLoved Sedona will be primarily on self-love. In addition, adventurers will have the opportunity to create deeper connections to their community, enjoy delicious plant-based food, develop ways to achieve personal goals, and learn how to boost health and wellness.
beLeaf Retreat’s Women’s Wellness Adventure
beLeaf Retreat’s women’s wellness adventure will include exploratory hikes through Sedona, yoga, breathwork, wellness workshops, self-love mantras, and meditation, as well as opportunities to practice self-love and mindfulness. Created to provide ways for individuals to connect with a like-minded community through hands-on, personalized experiences, the retreat will also provide guests with fresh vegan cuisine and the opportunity to take part in a plant-based cooking class. At the end of each day, attendees can enjoy a relaxing soak in the venue’s hot tub.
